The company aims to deploy 50,000 charging stations by 2027 as part of building an interconnected EV charging network that serves both urban and rural areas. This ambitious target significantly exceeds typical installation scales, reflecting a major push to expand EV infrastructure in the region. The scale of ZapCharge’s plan is notable given the current state of Latin America’s EV charging market, where many countries only have a few thousand public chargers.
