Founded in 2020, Rebellions specializes in designing AI inference chips—hardware optimized for running AI models efficiently in real-world applications—and outsources chip fabrication. The company’s valuation now stands at approximately $2.34 billion. Alongside the funding, Rebellions announced two new AI infrastructure products: RebelRack, a scalable cluster integrating multiple racks for large-scale AI deployment, and RebelPOD, a production-ready inference compute unit.
Rebellions is actively expanding globally, having recently established entities in the U.S., Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwan. The company aims to build an ecosystem of technology partners in the U.S., targeting cloud providers, government agencies, telecom operators, and Neoclouds.
