Specifically, 64% had only positive experiences, 22% had mixed experiences, and just 5% reported solely negative experiences.
The survey also underscores the critical role of financial incentives in encouraging adoption, with 60% of respondents utilizing federal, provincial, municipal, or utility rebates to offset upfront costs. More than half indicated they would not have installed a heat pump without such support.
