Following its Best of Innovation award at CES 2026 for the AI-driven, CAD-free Scan & Go system, the company showcased modular, fast-deploying solutions including mobile manipulation systems and a natural-language-driven depalletizing tool developed with NVIDIA. Doosan emphasizes “small-start” automation strategies that incrementally improve repetitive, labor-intensive tasks without requiring extensive facility modifications or full factory automation, enabling rapid deployment alongside human workers to address labor shortages, reduce fatigue, and enhance safety.
Doosan highlights palletizing and depalletizing as the processes delivering the quickest and clearest return on investment for companies adopting cobots. These tasks are highly standardized, physically demanding, and repetitive, making them ideal for automation with low implementation risk and rapid performance gains.
