In October 2024, plugin electric vehicles (EVs) dominated Norway’s new car market with a 98.4% share, up from 95.6% the previous year. Battery electric vehicles (BEVs) alone accounted for 97.4% of sales, while plugin hybrids (PHEVs) made up 1.0%.
