Ford’s new AI assistant will help fleet owners know if seatbelts are being used

Ford has introduced a new AI assistant designed for its Ford Pro commercial customers, aimed at enhancing fleet management by monitoring critical data points such as seatbelt usage, fuel consumption, vehicle health, idle times, speeding, and acceleration events. This AI tool, launched at Work Truck Week in Indianapolis and now available for free to U.S.-based Ford Pro telematics subscribers, leverages Google Cloud and multiple AI agents to provide detailed, actionable insights beyond standard diagnostic codes.
