The robot autonomously executed warehouse picking workflows by receiving task instructions directly from the factory’s enterprise software, navigating to pallet locations, picking KLT boxes, and delivering them to trolleys as part of live order fulfillment. This trial emphasized integration within existing workflows and IT systems, using Humanoid’s KinetIQ AI platform and SAP’s software connected via the Joule agent layer, enabling seamless task management without custom local controllers.
The project, carried out in partnership with SAP and automotive supplier Martur Fompak from January to February 2026, demonstrated consistent robot performance under real operating conditions, handling multiple tote types and loads up to 17.6 pounds with dual arms. The integration of the humanoid robot into core factory systems managing inventory and logistics marked a significant step toward
