Mentee Bot V3.1 brings human-like touch to 24/7 factory floors

Mentee Robotics has unveiled a teaser for its latest humanoid robot update, the Mentee Bot V3.1, designed specifically for continuous, large-scale industrial deployment in environments like warehouses, manufacturing plants, and logistics centers. Unlike general-purpose humanoid robots, the Mentee Bot emphasizes reliability, scalability, and uninterrupted 24/7 operation. This is achieved through deep vertical integration of hardware, embedded software, and AI developed in-house, enabling smooth transfer of behaviors trained in simulation to real-world robots with minimal fine-tuning. The robot features custom actuators for high torque density, allowing it to perform industrial tasks with strength and precision. Technically, the Mentee Bot V3.1 stands 175 cm tall, weighs 70 kg, moves at speeds up to 1.5 m/s, and can carry payloads up to 25 kg. It offers 40 degrees of freedom for versatile movement and manipulation, with motor-based tactile sensing in its hands for reliable grip and manipulation.
