Mercedes-AMG confirms powerful electric SUV coupe as EV push grows

Mercedes-AMG has confirmed plans to expand its electric vehicle (EV) lineup with a high-performance electric SUV and a dramatic coupe-style variant, targeting a 2027 launch. This move aligns with the brand’s strategy to capitalize on the global popularity of SUVs, which now constitute over half of Mercedes-Benz’s sales.
