Read original articleVolkswagen is updating its ID.3 electric vehicle with a new version called the ID.3 Neo, set to be unveiled in mid-April. This update introduces Volkswagen’s latest software and several new features aimed at enhancing the driving experience and vehicle functionality. Key improvements include Enhanced Travel Assist with traffic light detection, One-Pedal Driving, and Vehicle-to-Load capability, which allows the car to supply power up to 3.6 kW to external devices like electric grills or e-bikes. The ID.3 Neo also features a new Innovision infotainment system with an app store for downloading popular apps related to audio, video streaming, parking, charging, and gaming. Additionally, a digital key option will enable wireless vehicle access via smartphones or smartwatches without needing a special app.
