Rivian, the all-electric automaker, has launched a new workforce development initiative by partnering with the Veterans Training Empowerment Center (VTEC) at Fort Benning, Georgia, to train veterans in technical trades related to electric vehicle (EV) service and maintenance. The 15-week Rivian Technical Trades Program, officially designated by the U.S. Army, aims to prepare veterans transitioning out of service for careers in the EV sector, with employment opportunities offered to graduates.
