The merger is anticipated to close in the first half of 2026, with Einride debuting on the New York Stock Exchange. Founded in 2016, Einride aims to revolutionize freight transport with electric trucks and autonomous electric pods—vehicles without steering wheels or pedals designed for self-driving.
