The merger marks a strategic shift for Playlist, which previously unified its core businesses under a single identity in 2024. The transaction included $785 million in new investment led by Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners, alongside Vista Equity Partners, Temasek, and L Catterton. These funds are earmarked to support AI development and expand EGYM
