Read original articleWhoop, a fitness wearable company, is launching a new blood test panel through its Whoop Labs service, specifically focused on women’s health. This panel measures 11 blood biomarkers—including Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH), Progesterone, Prolactin, Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPOAb), Free T4, Free T3, Leptin, Vitamin B12, Folate, Magnesium, and Phosphate—to provide insights into menstrual cycle regulation, hormonal transitions, perimenopause, thyroid function, nutrient sufficiency, and bone metabolic resilience. The test will be available for purchase starting next month and is designed to complement data from Whoop’s activity, sleep, and recovery tracking.
In addition to the blood test, Whoop has introduced a new app feature called Hormonal Symptom Insights and Predictions, which models hormonal changes throughout menstrual cycles based on user data. This feature predicts period windows, cycle lengths, irregularities, and individual symptom patterns
